I have heard that working out in the morning is good because it gives you a natural boost of energy for your entire day. While I am no expert by any means to tell you if this is scientifically prooven - BUT IT REALLY WORKS!!Instead of my normal roll out of bed and head to class, I decided to wake up at 8am and begin my day with an Insanity workout. Yes - this kicked my butt bright and early in the morning, but I do have to say, it felt INCREDIBLE!!!
I can officially say that since the beginning of my diet/journey for a healthier life, I have lost a total of 6 pounds!!
