Morning Workout

I have heard that working out in the morning is good because it gives you a natural boost of energy for your entire day. While I am no expert by any means to tell you if this is scientifically prooven - BUT IT REALLY WORKS!!

Instead of my normal roll out of bed and head to class, I decided to wake up at 8am and begin my day with an Insanity workout. Yes - this kicked my butt bright and early in the morning, but I do have to say, it felt INCREDIBLE!!!


Classes seemed to fly by, I had energy to complete a ton of things that were planned for the day, and it made me consciously think about everything I ate during the day. This helped me make sure I was effectively consuming enough water, as well as, eating healthy food for my body.

I can officially say that since the beginning of my diet/journey for a healthier life, I have lost a total of 6 pounds!!
